August 2025 Prayer Requests
Dear Church on the Street Family,
On this holiday weekend, we hold in prayer the many laborers whose work goes unseen. We pray for those seeking work who hope for an opportunity to earn a living wage so that they may be housed and have their needs met.
As the school year continues, we are grateful for the children and families of Church on the Street. We give thanks for ministries like Faith Through Frames and the Gloria Dei Haircut Trailer for taking time in this season to help prepare for the school year to come with back-to-school pictures and haircuts.
Thank you for continuing to hold your neighbors and the body of Christ in your prayers today and always.
It's great to be Church together!
Pastor Chris & Deacon Mara

Please lift these prayer requests, given to us with the great trust and hope of a promise that God answers prayers.

La Vasiais Truong: I was asking if you could keep me in your prayers. I am homeless and I've been looking for work and I’m having some difficulty due to some past choices. I just need someone to give me a chance. I want to be off the streets and I also have been having a hard time with people respecting me-some days are harder than others. I’m having a difficult time with SD cutting funding for the Transformation Project while putting a pause on getting my name changed. It cost $70 for me to get my name changed . Please help me in prayer.

Anonymous: Pray that God will put on our debtors' hearts to pay us so we can pay those that we owe. If not, then the LORD forgives those that have stolen from us. Plead with God to come swiftly and provide us with work for our construction company, so that we may be a blessing and not a hindrance to others. Ask God to meet all our needs and to allow all that we’ve worked for be sustained that we might continue to use it to help serve him and his Kingdom. All for his Glory and in our Lord Jesus’ name. Amen.
.Lord, in your mercy,
Hear our prayers. Amen.
