Often, people living in poverty have to choose between buying new underwear and paying their bills or buying food. We have identified a significant need for underwear, socks, bras, and undershirts among the population we serve. These are simple things that we can provide, addressing proper hygiene and helping both adults and children boost their self-esteem. The Undercover Closet was created to meet these needs.

The Undercover Closet is presently open during Laundry with Love. If you would like to help us provide for this simple need, you can donate any items previously listed in any size: children-adult. Please note, white briefs are the least chosen option for men’s underwear. 😊 Boxers and boxer briefs are the more popular choice. You can drop these items off at either the Multi-Cultural Center (515 N Main St), or bring them to the laundromat (701 N. Cliff Ave Sioux Falls) on the 2nd or 4th Tuesday of the month from 3:00 pm-7:30 pm.
