February 2023 Prayers
Dear Church on the Street Family,
Health and Healing brought over 250 adults plus many kids together for an afternoon experiencing God's goodness in tangible ways -haircuts, manicures, and adding a bit of makeup. Blood pressure was checked, and teeth were examined. Kids and adults enjoyed the crafts, from painting to cookie decorating to balloon animals. Many got to take home individual and family portraits thanks to Faith Through Frames. Communion, prayers, and blessings fed the soul, and a warm meal fed bellies. The free store also provided much-needed items to folks, and recovery resources were provided. We couldn't have done it without 70 incredible volunteers and months of planning by Harriet.
We give thanks and praise to God for everyone that has been brought into this ministry that blesses so many. It is only the work of the Spirit that keeps us going and provides for our needs. Thanks for being part of the Spirit's work through your prayers and support.
