January 2025 Prayer Requests

Dear Church on the Street Family,

As the month of January comes to a close, we look back on a month that included a Baptism, a dedication, a pop-up Indian taco night, and continued preparation for the upcoming Empty Bowls Event and Health and Healting. This is all in addition to our typical times in community in Worship, at Laundry with Love, and sharing the story of Church on this Street with partners throughout the state.

Today, and every day, we are reminded of God's claim on our lives. Our God is a God of love, mercy, and care for our neighbor. We are the body of Christ, called, gathered, and enlightened to live in love as we are united in death and new life through the death and resurrection of Jesus Christ.

As we continue living as the body of Christ, we prepare for big special events in February.

  • Health and Healing, February 1st, 1-3 pm

  • Empty Bowls Event, February 20th, 5-7 pm

We hope to see you soon as we continue to live in hope, love, and mercy from the gift of grace for all people.

It's great to be Church together!
