June 2024 Prayers

Dear Church on the Street Family,

The appointed scripture for this Sunday is Mark 5:21-43, where Jesus heals a woman and restores a girl's life. I was told that I don't have to preach these passages at the churches I'm visiting this weekend, but I said I wanted to. I want to let people know that there are people just like the woman and the girl in our community, and we're the ones who get to come together to bring healing and life in places where so often folks feel abandoned and hopeless.

You are part of the fantastic group of believers who pray for the beloved people of God at Church on the Street. Your prayers and accompaniment bring life and healing to others. Thank you!

May you know God's awesomeness in your life, too!

***July 30th is Arts in the Park. Let me know if you can help!

It's great to be Church together!
