November 2021 Prayers
Dear Church on the Street Family,
The November worship was full of newness as we moved to the Coliseum at the Multicultural Center and shared an early Thanksgiving meal. Mission partners were plentiful! Thanks to Augustana Lutheran Church, Peace Lutheran Church, University Lutheran Center at SDSU, and Trinity Lutheran Church. We give thanks for all of our ministry partners, and I thank you for the wonderful welcome to this amazing ministry!
As Christmas approaches, your continued prayers and support are needed. The prayer requests are as always, full of places where people are longing for God’s healing and protection. We do this work of lifting one another in prayer as we look forward to celebrating Christ’s coming, and we marvel at what God is doing in Sioux Falls and well beyond. Because of Christ’s birth we are assured that we are all one in him no matter what. It’s this promise that will always see us through.

Anonymous: Megan who is having heart bypass surgery. Dave who has chronic health issues. MB who as my school EA is my lifesaver.
Lisa: My sister Krista dealing with cancer and family. For those with Covid.
NRG: Recently caught in a scam for $1900. I am in a financial mess. Please ask God for direction, job, BK, sell what I own? I feel so foolish and ashamed.
Anonymous: I would like to offer up prayer for Joseph to receive funds in order to become ordained through Impact Ministries International.
Julie: Please pray for all my friends, Mary, Keith, Jackie, Rick, Veronica, Skyler and myself. We would all like to get in our own places and change our lives for the good.
Crystal: Pray for my daughter Tipheni & granddaughter Lillie. Pray for my mom’s safe travel as she moves back up here. Mine and my husband’s sober & clean to continue.
Barbara Appel: My husband had a stroke in 2016 and triple bypass surgery in 2017 and still has heart problems please pray for my husband rich.
Jerome Cook: All the children the elders. The homeless people all those that are in prison, to those that have lost people in there life’s.
Glenda L: My prayer request is to be the role model God wants me to be for my granddaughter Selena who is in the hospital with pancreatitis & diabetes.
Katline: My Dad Jim he has been sick for a long time. Also pray for me and Justin we have been going through a hard time.
Karla R: Pray for myself to be sober. For my son Dawson in Yankton. Darcy in Pierre prison. My grandson Angel in Unit C. Guidance and strength to help me find a different apartment for the evil in my apartment.
Roeta: A good safe and loveable year. Home Health and peace. My kids my mom and dad.
Mria: For guidance through hard times with my family health for my mom and sister strength to keep pushing throughout college healthy baby girl for my sister long life.

Jonette – Nathan: Their baby twins due next spring that they are healthy and God is with Jonette in her pregnancy.

AJ: Prayers for my whole family, there doing drugs (Meth) struggling to get off it. Prayers for Brothers family (Orin) he passed away Nov 6 (Prayers for his sibblings. Prayers for my sisters health. Prayers for every drug user who is struggling Thank You Jesus for being here for us Love you.
Donna: I'm in needs of PRAYERS for my to find us a home for our family
David Winters: My family Lavita and kids to watch out for them through our struggle. To get a home and for myself to pray and help me fight my addiction to drugs I’m asking to show me to put something in my path to help me be a better person and husband and father to my family

John: My hearing for my ssl that im able to keep my disability. That physical therapy help with my back pain.
Mary: First, I want to thank God for the gift of the love Keith and I have. Also, I know we’ve been helped through a lot of though times. My prayer is that him and I can find a home together and finally move past homelessness forever. Thank you!
